RiverKeeper: The First Mission

This Saturday, at high tide, I will make my initial foray into the aquatic janitorial sciences.  With several inches of rain from thunderstorms during the last week I anticipate at least some extra detritus has made its way downriver via storm drains, flash floods, or wind gusts.  I’m interested to see how much work there truly is to be done or, alternately, how upset my mom will be to discover several bags of briny recycling and trash in the garage…
